Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
VoiceChat is operated by Caspian Consultancy Services ("we", "us"), registered in Malaysia. These terms govern your use of the VoiceChat platform. By creating a workspace you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- One workspace is one customer. You may invite your own team; you may not resell access or share credentials with an unrelated business.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. VoiceChat is a business product and is not intended for children.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Plans, trials and usage limits
Every new workspace starts on a trial. The trial is limited by usage rather than by a date — you get a small allowance of voice minutes and chat messages, enough to build an agent and hold real conversations. No card is required.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page in US dollars. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of voice minutes, chat messages and agents.
What happens at the limit. When a workspace reaches its monthly allowance, new conversations stop starting until the allowance resets or you upgrade. We do not silently bill you for overage. Allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over.
3. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it keeps failing your workspace is suspended — your data is kept, but agents stop responding until payment succeeds.
- When a subscription ends, your workspace is suspended rather than deleted. Your data remains until you delete it or ask us to.
Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we have failed to provide the service and cannot put it right. If something has gone wrong, email us before assuming the answer is no.
We may change our prices. Existing subscribers will be told by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect at their next renewal.
4. Your content, and who owns what
You own your material. The documents, instructions, branding and other content you put into VoiceChat remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service — storing your material, passing it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and using it to generate your agent's responses.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.
You own your agent's output as between you and us, to the extent it can be owned. Note that AI-generated text may not attract copyright in every country, and similar output may be generated for someone else.
We own the platform — the software, interface and underlying systems. These terms grant you a right to use it, not any ownership of it.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or breach any confidence or data protection obligation you are under.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use VoiceChat to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so
- Impersonate a real person, or present the agent as a named human being
- Give medical, legal or financial advice that requires a licensed professional
- Harass, threaten, defraud or deceive the people who talk to your agent
- Handle payment card numbers, government identity numbers, passwords or similar credentials through a conversation
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or calls, or contact people who have opted out
- Upload malware, attempt to breach our systems or another workspace's data, or probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission
- Reverse engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing product
- Circumvent usage limits, including by operating multiple trial workspaces for one business
Agents must be identifiable as AI
Our agents are built to disclose that they are AI when asked, and you must not configure or instruct an agent to deny it, or to claim to be a specific human. Several countries require this, and we treat it as a condition of using the service rather than a setting.
If you use phone lines or messaging channels
Calling and messaging people is regulated, and the rules differ by country — consent, calling hours, recording notices, opt-out handling. You are responsible for complying with them for the numbers and channels you connect.
6. Your responsibilities to the people who talk to your agent
For the conversations your agent has, you are the data controller and we are your processor. In practice that means:
- Your own privacy policy governs those conversations, and should say that an AI agent is used and what happens to the transcript.
- You are responsible for what your agent is instructed to ask for. Do not have it collect more personal data than you need.
- Requests from visitors to access or delete their conversations come to you. We will help you act on them, and will forward any that reach us.
7. What we can and cannot promise about accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing what your agent tells people, for keeping its material current, and for not relying on it unchecked where a wrong answer would cause harm or legal consequence. Do not deploy an agent for safety-critical, medical, legal or emergency purposes.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep VoiceChat available continuously, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure on our standard plans. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. Enterprise agreements may include a specific service level; where they do, that agreement governs.
Support is by email at hello@voicechat.cloud. Higher plans get faster attention.
Parts of VoiceChat depend on third parties — speech and language providers, payment processing, calendars, hosting. If one of them fails or changes its terms, features may be interrupted or withdrawn. We will tell you where a change materially affects you.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using VoiceChat and delete your workspace at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes agents, conversations, knowledge material and usage history.
- We may suspend a workspace immediately where there is non-payment, a breach of section 5, a security or legal risk, or a threat to the service or other customers.
- Where the reason can be fixed, we will tell you what it is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before terminating.
- On termination your right to use the service ends. Export anything you want to keep first.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows: VoiceChat is provided as-is; we exclude implied warranties; and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify us against claims brought by third parties arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms — in particular from what your agent said, from material you uploaded that you did not have the right to use, and from your handling of visitors' personal data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and where a change materially affects your rights we will tell customers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use VoiceChat after that means you accept the change.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the place you live.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
